After the recent hearing organized by the office of Samira to discuss the Directive on improving the gender balance in the boardroom, known as the ‘Women on Boards’ proposal, a petition and nation wide campaign was launched to bring more attention on the need and importance of having more women in top positions. With the petition Samira also wanted to engage with the public and garner support.
