Er zijn nog altijd te weinig bedrijven die de noodzaak voelen om meer vrouwen op te nemen in de boardrooms.

Het inzicht groeit dat we quota nodig hebben om gelijke representatie te bereiken. Op 9 maart gaat Samira Rafaela in gesprek met 4 topvrouwen over het praktisch invullen van quota en hoe bedrijven diversiteit kunnen stimuleren. Waar vinden we op korte termijn de vrouwen die de nieuwe posities gaan vervullen en wat is hier daadwerkelijk voor nodig? Vrouwen met kwaliteiten zijn er immers genoeg!
